A: Yes. The Delta-9 THC is derived from hemp, making it a completely legal product. The revision of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (more commonly known as the 2018 Farm Bill) that went into effect on June 1, 2022 allows for consumable products derived from hemp plants containing less than 0.3% THC by weight.
Q: This looks like a beer. Is there any alcohol in it?
A: No. The entire HighBridge Premium product line is alcohol free.
Q: How old do I need to be to purchase or consume HighBridge Premium products?
A: Consumers of HighBridge Premium products need to be at least 21 years old.
